NEW YORK PERCUSSION SERVICE

New York Percussion Service is a boutique percussion instrument rental service in New York City whose mission is to provide percussionists with the highest quality instruments available for their performing engagements. We have a wide variety of inventory (both restored vintage instruments and new) that are meticulously maintained and are confident that our instruments are among the best available anywhere.

We can provide anything from standard concert percussion to ethnic instruments to unusual odds and ends.  Please feel free to discuss with us your particular musical considerations, setup issues, mounting requirements etc. We are professional percussionists ourselves and are therefore sensitive to the needs of all percussionists: drummers, orchestral percussionists, contemporary chamber musicians and soloists alike. We will work with you to provide the most appropriate instruments for your situation.

We also offer on-site technical assistance to assist you with logistics such as setup and instrument tweaking before and/or during a rehearsal or concert. This is particularly useful for situations that involve an enormous amount of gear and a small number of players with limited setup time before a dress rehearsal or complicated setup changes within a program.

Please visit our ABOUT page to find out why renting from New York Percussion Service is the smart choice.
